Prepend http:// to humanized URLs like todomvc.com and localhost

Usage

const prependHttp = require('prepend-http');

prependHttp('todomvc.com');

prependHttp('localhost');
//=> 'http://localhost'

prependHttp('http://todomvc.com');
//=> 'http://todomvc.com'

prependHttp('todomvc.com', {https: true});
//=> 'https://todomvc.com'
